The Recipe Resource for Healthy Aging offers a selection of recipes that feature Ontario-grown foods and cater to the needs and preferences of older adults living in the community. This resource highlights the nutritional qualities of Ontario-grown food, and why they are important for good health as we age.
Organized by dish (beverages, breakfast, snacks, salads, soups/stews, sides, mains, and desserts), there are over 50 recipes to choose from!
