Recipe Resource for Healthy Aging

Recipe Resource for Healthy Aging

The Recipe Resource for Healthy Aging offers a selection of recipes that feature Ontario-grown foods and cater to the needs and preferences of older adults living in the community. This resource highlights the nutritional qualities of Ontario-grown food, and why they are important for good health as we age.

Organized by dish (beverages, breakfast, snacks, salads, soups/stews, sides, mains, and desserts), there are over 50 recipes to choose from!

Electronic copies are freely available at www.aha.the-ria.ca/reciperesource.

To purchase printed copies of the Recipe Resource for Healthy Aging ($31 each, inclusive of shipping in Canada), use the form below. For shipment outside of Canada, please contact Hilary Dunn (hadunn@uwaterloo.ca ; 519-904-0660 ext. 4111) to arrange shipping and payment.
